Forecasting to Completion

ProMan's unique "Forecasting to Completion" facility provides:

- Cost forecasts on projects - an early warning system to project managers that pro-active measures need to be planned for or implemented.

- Fee forecasts - which provides key information on the forward cash position on projects and the practice as a whole.
