ProMan's Information Database stores EOI information. Proposals can therefore be created from an EOI.

ProMan facilitates detailed Project Planning with comprehensive budgeting screens covering key categories e.g.

• Fee forecasts
• Office staff
• Site staff
• Sub Consultants
• Other (e.g. Plots and other disbursements)
  

Proposals created in ProMan are automatically converted into "Projects" if the tenders are successful.

ProMan can store key inputs relating to both "Wins" and "Losses" on tenders submitted.

Project Leaders can track all aspects of their projects in real-time via menu driven and graphical reports.
